Contract Description
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Program Manager Ground Based Air Defense (PM GBAD) within Program Executive Officer, Land Systems Marine Corps intends to negotiate and award on a sole-source basis in accordance with 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) §3204 (a)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1(c)(2) to Raytheon Company, 6260 Guardian Gateway Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1300 for the hardware and software life cycle management support of the AN/TPX‐61(V)3 Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) interrogator in support of the PM GBAD Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS) program.
