SOLE SOURCE NOTICE Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) hereby gives notice of the Government’s intent to negotiate a sole source, Firm‑Fixed‑Priced Purchase Order with only one source, Carefusion Solutions, LLC. The procurement is for the VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS), Fresno VA Medical Center, which is requesting to procure BD CATO Subscription & IV Prep Support. The Fresno VA Medical Center (VACCHCS), Engineering (138), requires annual BD CATO software subscription support and BD IV Prep gravimetric pack support to sustain medication preparation workflows and ensure reliable pharmacy operations.
