Contract Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Welin Lambie Limited – Britannia House, Old Bush St, Brierley Hill, DY5 1UB GBR. Under the authority of FAR part 12.102(a) Restricting competition for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. The requirement is to inspect, repair or replace, install, and op test the ATF Winch Inverter on the port davit. This work restores the ability to power on the control panel, support the center breaker that supplies the davit, and enable the launch of small boats onboard.This requirement is for USS Makin Island (LHD-8).
