The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source contract to D-Fend Solutions for the EnforceAir 2 Anti-Drone system in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
