Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Great Lakes Coastal Resiliency Study (GLCRS). In compliance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) and 13.501(a) (1)(i) coupled with the provisions set forth by FAR Subpart 5.101(a)(1), this Notice is hereby published to inform of the following: The USACE Chicago District intends to award a sole source contract to Deltares USA INC (CAGE: 57JY5). This requirement is for the following: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is procuring specialized technical support from Deltares, Inc. to advance the Great Lakes Coastal Resiliency Study (GLCRS), a five-year, multi-agency effort focused on assessing risks to Great Lakes coastal resources and developing a risk-informed resilience strategy.
