Contract Description
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Modification to CJW Joint Venture under task order W912QR23F0387 - Renovation to Building 1203 at March Air Reserve Base, California. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). This work is considered out of scope because it involves a quantity of additional cost greater than what was originally scoped in the base task order.
