Contract Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS. The U.S. Embassy in Vientiane intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Eaton Electrical Services and Systems, Power Systems Controls Group-Power Systems Controls Group . Eaton will provide factory certified technical support and proprietary components and software necessary to correct and repair two electrical switchgear PLC systems. This will include all labor and equipment necessary for the replacement of components and servicing of Eaton manufactured switchgears. Eaton is the only vendor that can provide the technical support and preprogrammed components using Eaton certified material and software.
