NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The 128th Air Refueling Wing Mission Support Contracting Office intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract to MEAD & HUNT, 14000 Quail Springs PKWY Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73134-2620, for Type C Design Services to the Designer of Record, see attached Sole Source Justification. The authority for soliciting a single source for Type C Services is FAR 6.302- 1(a)(2)(iii), which states that contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that services only available from the original source in the case of follow-on contracts for the continued provision of highly specialized services.
