The attached notice of opportunity invites current holders of the Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Fourth Generation ESPC indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to submit a written response (an expression of interest) to be considered for contractor selection for this potential task order award.
