Contract Description
In accordance FAR 5.2, this is a notification of a proposed sole-source contract action to Radeus Lab Inc. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to Radeus Labs, Inc., 13000 Gregg Street, STE A, Poway, California 92064-7151. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP)- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
