Contract Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) intends to issue a firm-fixed-price, sole-source purchase order to HVF Precious Metals (CAGE Code: 49057). This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the procedures established by the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.
