Contract Description
This is a sources sought in accordance with FAR 15.201 and in anticipation of a potential future procurement program. The Navy is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest in performing material harvesting and refurbishment of systems, components and subcomponents from nuclear-powered submarines including critical hull, mechanical and electrical (HM&E), Non-propulsion Electronic Systems (NPES), Strategic Weapon Systems Support Equipment (SWSS), and Selected Ship Systems (SSS) components removed from nuclear-powered class submarines.
