Contract Description
The Hastings Resident Office building at Lock and Dam 2 in Hastings, MN experienced flood damage caused by a �? copper water pipe which froze and burst. The Contractor shall remove and replace all damaged material as indicated in paragraph 2.3. Damaged material includes, but is not limited to, 4? wall base molding, drywall, wall and above ceiling insulation (foam, batt, R-13 and R-19 fiberglass), water vapor barrier, bathroom wall tiles, stained carpet sections, ceiling tiles, and LED light panels. All replaced materials shall match existing material that was not damaged or otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer.
