Contract Description
Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) This requirement is for the Offutt AFB, NE MACC Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This requirement will be used to satisfy a diverse group of construction and design-build projects. This is a small business and other socio-economic Set-Aside. The Government intends to award at least eight (8) offerors who give the Air Force the greatest confidence that it will best meet, or exceed, the requirements of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award more or less than eight (8) offerors. The contract will fall under the NAICS Code 236220 with a size standard of $45,000,000.00.
