Contract Description

This notice provides notice that the Judiciary intends to make a single award IDIQ from this solicitation. The period of performance for the IDIQ contract is for a seven-year ordering period with a three-year optional ordering period, and a six-month optional ordering period (under Clause 2-90C). The contractor shall provide, to individual United States Probation and Pretrial Services Offices (USPPSO), located nationwide, automated analyzers, forensic use immunoassay reagents, controls, calibrators, all supplies and consumables necessary to operate the analyzers; maintenance of the analyzers; training; water systems; quality control, and a data management system with the capability to export results to all USPPSO laboratories, in accordance with the attached RFP and attachments.
