Contract Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS ARE NOT BEING REQUESTED. This notice relates to the acquisition of commercial services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source. This acquisition will be processed under Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12.102(a) Restricting Competition; only one source is available. It is the intent of the U.S Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Gruntwork, Inc. of 1184 Monterey Pl, Encinitas, CA 92024 for commercial support services for OpenTofu, an open-source infrastructure-as-code (IaC) platform used to provision, manage, and maintain ACF’s cloud infrastruct...
