U.S. DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY OFFICE OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OPERATIONS ADVISOR The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) provides technical assistance to developing and transitional countries in five functional areas: banking and financial services, budget and financial accountability, economic crimes, government debt and infrastructure finance, and revenue administration. OTA is seeking an individual to serve as an Operations Advisor under a personal services contract for its Washington, DC-based technical assistance program.
