Contract Description
The intent of this Synopsis, in accordance with FAR 5.201, is to add the following sole-source action onto a soon to be established indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with RTX Technologies under Request for Proposal, SPRBL1-25-R-0001 (contract number TBD). Market research suggests that RTX Technologies is the sole approved source capable of providing the required Engineering Services for the PATRIOT Weapon System Program. This synopsis details the intent of the Government to release a sole-source solicitation for technical support necessary to support the PATRIOT Weapon System Program activities for both United States (US) and International Partners.
