Contract Description
This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of services for multidisciplinary naval engineering systems, lifecycle management, and support across all ship classes and land-based engineering sites. SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials (described in the SSN Attachment). NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 27 January 2026.
