THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Requirement: The contractor shall provide a self-sustaining base located at Combat Trains Command Post (CTCP) Victory (south region of Summit Bechtel Reserve 3753'25.2"N 8106'40.2"W), in Fayette County, WV, and additional support tentage at the Raleigh County Memorial Airport (RCMA) located in the surrounding area.
