Contract Description
Description United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, Seattle, WA intends to issue a Request for Quote, firm-fixed price award for to support the water quality sampling program at Chief Joseph, Libby, Albeni Falls, Howard Hanson, and Mud Mountain Dams. This will be a non-personal services contract to provide plankton analytical services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
