This pre-solicitation notice is prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c). Set-Aside: Total (100%) Small Business Set Aside NAICS: 562991 – Septic Tank and Related Services PSC: W085 – Lease or Rental of Equipment—Toiletries Description: The 55th Contracting Squadron (55 CONS) has an ongoing requirement to rent portable restrooms for the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base "Defenders of Freedom" Air and Space Show. The air show will be held on Offutt AFB, NE on August 8th and 9th, 2026. Quantities for rent include 138 standard portable restrooms, 15 ADA handicapped portable restrooms, and 15 hand washing stations. All portable restrooms shall be uniform in color.
