SPECIAL NOTICE: Pre-RFP Site Visit for Upcoming Requirements at Incirlik Air Base GENERAL: The U.S. Government will host a site visit for Incirlik Air Base service requirements, to include Dining Facility Operations, Golf Course Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Grounds Maintenance Services. This notice contains details for this event. Interested vendors must follow registration instructions provided. Due to the bilateral agreement between the Turkish and U.S. Governments, the Defense and Economic Cooperation Agreement (DECA) – U.S. Interests and Turkish Needs dated August 1982, only proposals from local (Turkish national) firms will be evaluated.
