SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The U.S. Government desires to procure a commercial prepaid postage solution to support official mail processing operations for the Directorate of Admissions, United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point, NY that meet the features and specifications listed in the Scope of Work attached to this Source Sought Notice. The Contractor shall provide a prepaid postage service solution including software access, web client access, administrative controls, printing capability, reporting capability, technical support, and digital scale hardware necessary to support official mail operations at USMA.
