Contract Description
This is a presolicitation notice, IAW FAR Part 5.101, for a noncommerical Request for Proposal. This requirement will be subject to FAR Clause 52.225-11: One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Definitization of equitable adjustments: will be processed in accordance with 52.243-4 Changes. The Government contemplates a single award for a firm fixed price contract. The USCG is soliciting for the construction of three new duplex type housing units and an optional bid item for a maintenance support building.
