Contract Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide general construction services for laboratory and administrative spaces to support the Office of Facilities and Property Management (OFPM) in order to renovate and modernize facilities at the NIST campus in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The solicitation will indicate that one or more awards will be made. Work shall be performed in accordance with task orders issued by the Contracting Officer.
