CANCEL NOTICE: The RFQ is canceled due to material changes in the Government?s requirements, specifically revisions to the price schedule and significant FAR clause updates resulting from a revolutionary FAR overhaul. These changes materially impact vendor quotations, pricing methodology, and compliance requirements; therefore, an award under the current RFQ would not ensure fair and equitable competition. The requirement will be resolicited in accordance with FAR Part 12.
