Contract Description
SERDP and ESTCP require program support services to execute their missions of developing and demonstrating technologies that meet the Department of Defense (DoD) environmental and energy requirements. SERDP and ESTCP are separate programs that are managed through a joint program office. Support is needed at the program level and in each of the technical areas in which these programs invest.
