Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Research Triangle Park (RTP) in Durham, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis, to Beckman Coulter, Inc. Life Sciences in accordance with RFO 6.103-1(b) to purchase Protective EMA for the Echo 550 Acoustic Liquid Handler. This procurement is recommended to be processed without full and open competition.
