The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Spark Holland Inc. for the purchase of preventative and remedial maintenance of Spark Holland laboratory equipment. Spark Holland Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer and it has unique and specialized expertise required to maintain and service current Spark Holland equipment already being utilized by the CDC. The estimated period of performance is 02/01/2026 to 01/31/2027. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
