Contract Description
The Jacksonville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 3,005 to a maximum of 3,955 gross rentable square feet of commercial storefront, retail space, within the following delineated area of Hialeah, FL: North Boundary: Palmetto Expressway East Boundary: E. 8th Avenue South Boundary: Doral Blvd./NW 36th St. West Boundary: FL Turnpike The space shall contain adequate/assigned parking for approximately Twelve (12) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. The lease is for a Five (5) year term with Government termination rights, and a full-service lease (to include all utilities and janitorial services) is preferred. Must use Government Lease.
