Pre-Solicitation Notice Invitation for Bids (IFB) Small Business Set Aside NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The District of Columbia Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for commercial construction service, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform all operations in conjunction with the efforts to repair B3002 for a total of 10,000 gross square feet.
