Remove sod/topsoil & replace sections of base course, add good quality base course re-shape, re-grade, re-slope and construct 2.5" thick section of Asphalt Cement pavement. Clean up and re-stripe areas as appropriate. - IAW DAFMAN 64-119, NAF Contracting Procedures, Small Business programs do not apply to NAF Contracting actions.
