DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision and incidentals for the removal and replacement of carpet tile for the Facilities Design & Construction Center (FD&CC) Seattle offices on the 26th Floor of the Jackson Federal Building, to include the removal and replacement of the rubber wall base. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project. The full scope of work and specifications are included in the solicitation documents.
