Contract Description
This Request for Information is prepared in accordance with DFARS PGI 206.103-1 sources sought requirements. This proposed bridge contract is being processed on a sole source basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 238330. The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria intends to Award a bridge contract on a sole source basis to Frank GmbH (hereafter referred to as “Frank”), at Roemweg 2, 92358 Seubersdorf, Bavaria, Germany. The bridge contract will be a modification against the Between Occupancy Maintenance (BOM) of Family Housing Contract (W912PB21D8000).
