Request for Information (RFI) 2100 Horsepower Engine Dynamometer System Purpose: The U.S. Coast Guard Foreign Military Sales (FMS), on behalf of the Philippines Navy, is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the procurement of a 2100 Horsepower Engine Dynamometer System to conduct load testing of new and rebuilt diesel engines. We seek to identify: Qualified sources for the "Engine Dynamometer, 2100 Horsepower, Powernet SB" system or an equivalent product. Alternative or equivalent products that meet or exceed the functional and technical specifications as listed in Attachment I.
