Contract Description
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price. The purpose of this firm fixed price purchase order is to provide commercial kennel facilities and services in support of the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Toronto Preclearance Port of Entry. The service will be required for two (2) canine dogs. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, facilities required to provide kenneling services for the CBP canines. The number of canines to be kenneled is currently two (2). The facility will need to have at the capability of providing the possibility of future kennel needs meeting the same high standards as set forth in this document.
