Contract Description
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). No proposals are being solicited or accepted at this time. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred by interested parties in response to this notice. This action will be unrestricted and be competed as a Best Value Tradeoff. Solicitation will be delayed some but anticipated no later than 24 March 2026. Requirement is unchanged from sources sought. Action will require a Project Labor Agreement. This action will also have a brandname requirement for the Mass Fire Alarm system. The Justification and Approval will be posted with the Solicitation.
