Contract Description
This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from vendors IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price supply contract to purchase roof repair services at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Texas. The anticipated award date is on or about 1 June 2026 (subject to change). The government anticipates utilizing a competitive source selection approach, Lowest price technically acceptable approach, IAW RFO 15.103-2, for evaluating sources and following contract award procedures found at RFO 12.204 and RFO 36.201-2.
