Contract Description
Amendment 0001- This amendment is issued to provide FEMA’s responses to vendor submitted questions. see attached document labeled Questions and Answers 9-29-25 for details. No further requests for site visits and questions will be accepted as of the time and date of this amendment posting to SAM.gov. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Description. FEMA’s Region 1 has a construction requirement to demolish and remove existing walls, install soundproof walls, install new carpet, install lights, perform required electrical work and install a new tinting glass wall at FEMA’s facility located at 63 Old Marlboro Road, Maynard, MA 01754.
