Contract Description
This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The requirement under this contract is for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and service of HVAC systems and associated equipment, as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform scheduled and unscheduled HVAC services to ensure reliable climate control operations.
