NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to execute a Sole Source Award under RFO Part 12 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a notice of intent to sole source for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.101, Presolicitation notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent to sole source and synopsis of the proposed action. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 5 intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Recology Sunset Scavenger for refuse collection in the City of San Francisco.
