The purpose of Amendment 0002 dated 12/17/2025 is to answer an additional industry question as follows: Additional Question: Based on answer to Question #6 regarding changing the CLIN Structure for unit by the month, 5 months for base year and 8 months for Option years. Does this mean you want a unit cost per month, followed by a total for that CLIN year? If we base our pricing by the month and there is a particular month with no services required does that mean, we don’t get paid for that month? Or is it just a flat rate per month that we bill out for those duration periods?
