Contract Description
The 633 Contracting Squadron Infrastructure Flight, Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia is issuing this Invitation for Bid for the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The SABER requirements are for a broad range of maintenance, repair, minor and new construction work on real property on JBLE. This acquisition is a competitive procurement pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Administration (SBA) Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a) (1)), and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.108.
