Contract Description
This acquisition plan is prepared by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA),Capital Construction Project Delivery- West for work in Seattle, WA, in support of a sole source contract award under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” to Chinn Construction, LLC, for the continued performance of tenant improvement and expansion services for the Seattle Passport Project. The U.S. General Services Administration leases space in the 5th & Yesler building for the end user tenant; the U.S. Department of State, Passports Office.
