Request access thru SAM. -Evaluation for the award or a portion thereof, whatever is quoted, will be based upon the lowest price submitted per NIIN. -Delivery date will also be a factor. -Any asset for which the contractor does not meet the awarded delivery will incur a price reduction, to be negotiated prior to award when your quote is evaluated and negotiated.
