Contract Description
Caretaker Services to provide security and general maintenance at the Gainesville Job Corps Center The US Department of Labor, Office of Job Corps Acquisition Services (JCAS), has a requirement for a qualified firm to provide caretaker services at the Gainesville Job Corps Center (JCC) located in Gainesville, FL. DOL is seeking services to maintain security and general maintenance of the forty-seven (47) acre campus with twelve (12) buildings totaling approximately 190,650 GSF and ten (10) structures totaling approximately 6,488 GSF.
