PRE-SOLICITATION DISCLAIMER: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice (Synopsis) only. This notice is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Performance Work Statement (PWS) and corresponding Attachments and Appendices will be included in the publicized solicitation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement for septic tank pumping services for Point Marion Lock and Dam. The Point Marion Lock and Dam project is located on the Monongahela River in Dilliner, Greene County, PA. The Project address is 304 Power Plant Road, Dilliner, PA 15327-9603. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business.
