This is a DRAFT Solicitation. The Government is seeking feedback on the requirement, no award will be made as a result of this Draft Solicitation.Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER)The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, material, equipment, (unless furnished by the Government), transportation, supervision and design capabilities to accomplish over one hundred (100+) simultaneous projects for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on real property at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The base encompasses over 120 tenant and host organizations on four areas of land totaling 8,145 acres, and 850 facilities containing 16.4 million SF, with missions varying tremendously in complexity and nature.
