Contract Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for: Air Cooled 3U VPX-REDI Single Board Computers and Solid State Drive - 1 Lot To Extreme Engineering Solutions Inc., 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway, Verona, WI 53593-8444 as the OEM and only source for these unique components and are direct replacement to what is currently being used, meeting all form, fit and function required.
